Texas is hot and humid. Woke up yesterday at 6am and it was 82 already and the humidity very high. Only got hotter and more humid from there. The good news is that we're fillingin some states!
Then...Tornado alert!! Sirens and annoucements to "take cover" !! It was pretty windy and wet there for about an hour. We shared cover in the basement of the convention center with 6 other RVer hams for a couple of hours.
Then....It's been raining hard with lots of very loud thunder and lightning all night!!!
No sleep .... Poor Maddie, our cat.

This kind of weather is real localized and a common occurence. We'll be glad to get back to the Pacific NW.
